Are you trying to lose weight? Add this tea loaded with antioxidants in your diet for a better result.
1 teaspoon fresh turmeric paste ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon fresh mint leaf paste 1 cup water
Pour a cup of water into a saucepan and add the cinnamon powder. Boil the water till it reduces to half.
Pour it into a cup and let it cool down to a temperature. Add turmeric and mint paste.
Stir well. If needed, strain and serve in a cup. Enjoy.
