Trying To Lose Weight? Try Beetroot Juice

Loaded with vitamin C, folate and dietary fibre, beetroot is super beneficial for weight loss.

1 apple, ½ beetroot, 2 carrots, few drops of lemon juice, 8-10 mint leaves, ½ inch ginger, 2-3 honey, 1 glass water

Ingredients

Peel the veggies and apple, and then chop them into small pieces, take a grinder jar and put all the chopped veggies and apple into it.

Step 1

Add ginger, mint leaves, honey, water and lemon juice into the jar. Grind them into a fine puree.

Step 2

Once the puree is ready, strain it out. You can use a spoon to press the puree to properly strain the juice out of puree.

Step 3

When the juice is strained out, stir it well with the help of a spoon.

Step 4

Take a serving glass and pour the juice into it and enjoy.
