Give a twist to the classic gimlet with some refreshing cucumbers. Here is the recipe, try it at home.
3 cucumber wheels, thickly sliced 1/2-ounce simple syrup 2 ounces gin (such as Hendrick’s) 3/4-ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed Garnish: cucumber wheel, sliced thinly
Add the cucumber wheels and simple syrup into a shaker and muddle.
Add the gin, the lime juice and ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
