Packed with protein and essential amino acids, tofu can also help in healthy weight gain. Here is the recipe of tofu smoothie, include it to your diet to add some kilos to your body.
1 cup milk, 300 g soft or silken tofu (drained), 2 medium bananas (frozen), 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp cardamom, ice
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the milk.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Transfer in a glass and enjoy!
