Try Your Hands At These Easy Fish Chips

Ingredients

500 Gram Fish Fillets 1.5 Cups of Panko Breadcrumbs Salt To Taste 2 Tsp All Purpose Flour 1 Tsp Mayonnaise 2 Lemon Wedges 2 Tbsp Refined Oil 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Egg Tartare Sauce Parsley

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Spread breadcrumbs on a baking tray and bake for 3-5 minutes. Then transfer them to a bowl and add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Turn the oven's temperature to 220 degrees Celsius. For the batter, grab a bowl and whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper.

STEP 3

Slice fish fillets according to your preferred size. Dip the fillets in batter and coat them with breadcrumbs. 

STEP 4

Spray some refined oil on the baking sheet with fillets. Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven or till the fillets develop a golden crispy crust.

STEP 5

Cut a lemon into two halves and chop fresh parsley for toppings. 

Serve the delicious and crunchy fish fingers with the toppings and tartare sauce.
