Wholesome Street Style Kathi For A Quick Lunch

Indulge in the vibrant flavours of street-style Kathi Rolls!  These savoury wraps are a favourite all over India, offering a delightful blend of marinated fillings and tangy sauces, all wrapped in a warm paratha.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken or paneer, thinly sliced 4-6 parathas 1/2 cup yoghurt 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp oil 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced Mint chutney Thinly sliced onions for garnish Eggs (optional)

Step 1

Marinate boneless chicken or paneer with yoghurt, spices, and lemon juice for 30 mins.

Sauté with onions, bell peppers, and spices until cooked.

Warm parathas, brush with beaten egg (optional), cook both sides.
