Watermelon is a summer fruit that everyone loves. It is hydrating, cooling and is very low in calories. Here is a watermelon smoothie recipe that you will really enjoy.
1 cup frozen watermelon cubes 1 frozen banana 1 tsp soaked chia seeds 1 tbsp honey Mint sprig
In a blender, add frozen bananas, watermelon and honey.
Give everything a nice blend. In a glass, add the soaked chia seeds.
Layer with the prepared smoothie and then garnish with mint sprig.
