Indulge in the velvety goodness of a no-bake vanilla cheesecake. With a buttery crust and luscious filling, this chilled dessert is perfect for any occasion.
For the crust: 1 ½ cups cookie crumbs 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 2 tbsp granulated sugar For the filling: (450g) cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ cups heavy cream
Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crust. Press into a pan and chill.
Now Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately.
Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Remove from pan and serve chilled. Garnish with desired toppings.
