Try This Unusual Cold Brew-Coconut Cocktail For A Night-In

As odd as it might be to have all the elements of a tropical breakfast in this cocktail, the refreshing touch of coconut water and the smooth bitterness of the cold brew deliver what they promise – layers of flavour.

INGREDIENTS

30 ml gin 60 ml coconut water 20 ml cold brew 2 dashes Xocolatl bitters Grated nutmeg for garnish

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a shaker with lots of ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a pinch of grated nutmeg.
