You might have heard about chocolate barfi and caramel barfi, but have you heard about dhaniya barfi? Try this unique dessert to fall in love with coriander with a sweet tooth.
1 cup ground coriander leaves 1 cup jaggery 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon ghee 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Combine jaggery and water. Cook until the jaggery melts and the mixture thickens.
Add the ground coriander and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup. Stir well.
Cook the mixture, add ghee, and let it sit before cutting.
Garnish with chopped pistachios. Cut into squares and serve.
