If you're trying to avoid dairy or if you just want a delicious alternative for your morning spread, almond butter might be for you! Made with the goodness of healthy nuts its packed with nutritious advantages to make your day healthier.
2 cups raw almonds Pinch of salt 1-2 tablespoons neutral oil (like coconut or almond oil) for desired consistency
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread 2 cups of raw almonds on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
Let almonds cool for a few minutes, then transfer them to a food processor.
Process almonds for about 10 minutes, scraping down the sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy.
Add a pinch of salt and 1-2 tablespoons of neutral oil (like coconut or almond oil) for desired consistency, and blend for another minute.
Transfer the almond butter to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Enjoy on toast, in smoothies, or as a dip!
