Try This Spinach Soup Recipe For Weight Loss

Greens are very important for our overall growth. And talking about greens, the best veggie at our disposal is spinach. It is rich in nutrients and helps lose weight. Here is a nice and easy spinach soup recipe.

Ingredients

250 gms spinach 1 tomato 1 onion Fresh cream 5-6 garlic cloves Black pepper Salt as per taste Ghee 5-6 roasted peanuts Coriander leaves, chopped

Step 1

In a pressure cooker, put spinach, tomato, onion and water. Cook till 3 whistles and then let everything cool.

Step 2

Now, put everything in a blender along with roasted peanuts and make a smooth paste. Meanwhile, heat a little ghee in a pan.

Step 3

Add chopped garlic in the ghee. After its golden, add spinach paste, salt and pepper.  Adjust the consistency. Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4

Next, add fresh cream and cook for 2 more minutes. Switch off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!
