Try making this mouthwatering Spicy Thai Pasta Dish for dinner. It’s jam-packed with flavours from the Thai curry sauce and roasted vegetables.
300 grams Spirali pasta 1/4 cup Carrots 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper 1/4 cup Green beans 1/4 cup Thai Green Curry paste 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes Salt , to taste 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Garlic , chopped 1 teaspoon Ginger , chopped
Take pasta, wash and drain it accordingly. Cook it and keep aside. In a pan add oil and Sauté chopped ginger and garlic.
Stir-fry the roasted veggies (carrot, beans, and capsicum) for two to three minutes.
Now Add cooked pasta, fresh cream, and Thai green curry paste. Stir-fry the pasta in the curry paste until it is well-coated.
Add salt, brown sugar, chilli flakes, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. to taste, adjust the seasoning.
Now take a plate Serve hot with Cheese Garlic Bread for the ideal dinner. Garnish with cheese!
