2 cups wheat flour 1/2 tsp ajwain 1 tsp kasuri methi 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp salt ghee
Make a dough by kneading wheat flour with salt, ajwain and kasuri methi. Cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
To make the masala, mix chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt together
Make balls of the dough and roll them like chapatis and spread ghee on them. Then spread masala and sprinkle coriander on the rolled dough.
Fold this dough in a zigzag shape. Wrap the zigzag layered round and fold the last end down, press it, apply flour and roll the paratha separately.
Heat a tava on gas and roast the paratha till it is brownish on both sides.
Take it out in a dish and butter it. Hold the paratha in two hands and press it so that the layers are visible. Serve this with curd or pickle.
