Try This Raw Mango Chutney Recipe For The Best Summer Flavours

Raw mango chutney is a summer staple in almost every Indian household. The sweet and tangy flavours of the chutney will add more depth to your regular food, and you and your family will thank you for this yellow chutney.

Ingredients

Grated raw mangoes - 2.5 cups Jaggery - 1/2 cup Ginger - 1 teaspoon Chopped green chilly - 1 Oil - 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Kalonji seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/3 teaspoon Mustard powder - 1/4 teaspoon Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon

Step 1

Take some raw mangoes and grate them.

Step 2

Take a pan on low flame and add the spices like ginger, green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper, kalonji seeds, and mustard powder.

Step 3

Once fragrant, add the greeted mangoes and turmeric powder to give a yellow colour.

Step 4

Mix in jaggery till it melts, and then add vinegar.

Step 5

Let the mixture for about five minutes till the chutney is thicker.

Step 6

Let the raw mango chutney cool, and then store it in air-tight containers.
