Try This Protein-Packed Moong Dal Chaat Recipe

Ingredients

Soaked and boiled moong dal with salt Cucumber, diced Pomegranate seeds Fresh coriander leaves, chopped Peanuts, roasted Jeera powder Fresh grated coconut Salt to taste 

For tempering

Rai (mustard seeds) Curry leaves Green chilli, chopped Ginger, grated 

Step 1 

Boil moong dal until tender. In a mixing bowl, combine boiled moong dal, diced cucumber, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, jeera powder, grated coconut, and salt. 

Step 2

In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, and grated ginger. Pour this tempering over the salad. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad.
