Try this Popular French Dessert Baked Pistachio Souffle

A common French delicacy called a souffle is renowned for its delicate, fluffy texture. It only takes 3 ingredients that melts in mouth. Souffles are prepared in less than 15 minutes using only egg whites, sugar, and pistachios.

Ingredients

40 gm egg whites 60 gm pistachios 80 gm powdered sugar

Step 1

Start by Preheating your Oven to 170 degree Celsius.In a bowl whisk the egg white, powdered sugar and Keep whisking until soft.

Step 2

Boil pistachios in 1 cup of water for a minute. Let them  soak for 1 min. After that drain.

Step 3

Let pistachios cool down and blend to form a paste. Add water as per need to make a smooth but thick paste.

Step 4

Add the paste to the sugar-egg mixture. Fold it using the cut & fold method. Do not let the fluffed-up egg whites collapse.

Step 5

Now pour the  Batter In soufflé Moulds grease them with some butter.  Bake at 170 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 6

The dish will rises at least 2-3 cm from the brim and will become golden brown.

The super tempting dish is ready to serve!  Decorate the Souffles with pistachio flakes and Enjoy!
