For Pizza Base 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup curd 2 tsp oil Salt to taste Other ingredients: 1/2 cup pizza sauce 1 tbsp pizza seasoning 1 tbsp oregano 1 tsp chilli flakes 1/4 cup processed cheese 1/4 cup grated or cubed mozzarella cheese 2 tsp oil
For Toppings 1 tsp boiled corn kernels 1 tsp paneer 1 tsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp finely chopped capsicum 1 red chilli (sliced)
For preparing pizza base: Add dry ingredients and oil in wheat flour, mix well. Knead soft dough with curd, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat the cooker for 15 minutes by adding salt.Cover it without ring and whistle. While cooker is being preheated, knead dough again and divide into 3 parts.
