Oats is mostly associated with weight loss. But do you know, if you want to gain weight in a healthy manner, there are oats recipes that can easily help you do so? Here is a simple oats smoothie for healthy weight gain.
1/2 cup rolled oats 1 banana 1 cup milk 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Dry fruits Fresh berries or fruits of your choice
Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend until a smooth powder like consistency is formed.
Add the banana, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the blender. Make a thick and smooth paste.
Next, pour the smoothie in a bowl or glass and top with some dry fruits for healthy fats.
Garnish the smoothie with fruits and berries of your choice and peanut butter. Enjoy!
