Eggs and parathas are two popular choices for breakfast in India. How about combining the two and preparing a lip-smacking dish? An egg paratha is fulfilling and easy to cook. Follow this guide.
1 chopped green chilli ½ cup wheat flour ½ tsp black pepper 2 tbsp oil Warm water ¼ tsp salt 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 chopped onion 2 eggs
Knead atta with water, a tablespoon of oil, salt, and red chilli powder.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them.
Spread the paratha on a hot skillet and let it cook a bit.
When you flip the paratha, spread a concoction of whisked eggs, chopped chillies, and onion.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and gradually flip over.
When eggs are cooked on the other side, enjoy your egg paratha with ketchup.
