Want to have some delicious and healthy chicken curry? But, not in the mood to compromise on taste! Here is an easy, no-fuss chicken curry recipe. It can be prepared in just a few minutes and without any oil. Follow these simple steps and enjoy a hearty chicken curry.

Ingredients

400 Grams curry cut chicken 1 Cup hung curd ½ Fresh Cream 1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tbsp coriander powder 1 Tbsp jeera powder 1 ½ Ginger garlic paste ½ Tbsp turmeric ½ Kitchen king masala ½ Salt and pepper

Step 1

Wash the chicken nicely and keep it aside.

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Whisk the curd with the ginger garlic paste

Step 4

Mix Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric, kitchen king masala, salt, and pepper, and curd with the chicken.

Step 5

Take a non-stick pan and heat it over the flame. Pour the chicken pieces and cook it on low flame. Keep stirring after a few minutes.

Step 6

When the chicken pieces with the masalas are nicely cooked and charred pour fresh cream and cook the chicken. Cook till the gravy is thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

When the chicken is well cooked garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it with rice or roti.
