Try This No-Bake Tiramisu For Dessert

Tiramisu is an elegant and classic layered Italian dessert made with mascarpone cheese, espresso, sugar, cocoa powder and delicate ladyfinger biscuits. This is a quick and easy-to-make recipe, made with minimal ingredients, perfect for a special occasion.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream 1 cup mascarpone cheese ½ cup sugar 1½ tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp brandy 2 cups espresso 1 pack of ladyfinger biscuits 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract and whisk them till stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Add the mascarpone cheese to it and whisk them together till fully incorporated.

Step 3

In a bowl pour in the espresso and the brandy and dip the ladyfingers in for 3-4 seconds before placing them in a freezer-safe glass container.

Step 4

After the first layer of ladyfingers, spread the cheese and cream mixture evenly before repeating with the rest of the soaked ladyfingers.

Step 5

Generously dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder and chill in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Step 6

The extended time in the fridge helps the flavours to come through much better. Cut it into squares and enjoy it with your friends and family.
