Indulge in the deliciousness of roasted sweet potatoes combined with spices, chutneys, and crunchy sev.
2 sweet potatoes (shakarkand), boiled and peeled 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 green chili, chopped (optional) 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp of chaat masala 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp of red chili powder Juice of half a lemon Tamarind chutney and mint chutney (as per taste) Sev for garnish Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place them on a baking sheet and Roast them for about 40-45 minutes.
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked and cooled, cut them into small cubes
In a bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, chopped onion, tomato, green chili (if using), and chopped coriander leaves.
Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Drizzle tamarind and mint chutney over the mixture accordingly. Garnish with sev. Toss and Serve!
