To make this indulgent dish, start by mixing khoya, jaggery, and cardamom powder. Keep it aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Add water and knead the mixture into a soft, smooth dough.

Make small disks out of the dough and stuff them with the khoya filling. Roll into polis or chapati.
