1 litre- milk 1/2 cup -rice 1tsp- Vanilla extract 1 cup -milkmaid 1cup -Butterfly pea flower 6 tbsps -hot water 1tsp- cardamom powder Chopped almonds and pistachios as required
Take 2 tbsp each of Butterfly pea flower in a separate bowl and pour about 3 tbsps hot water in each bowl.
Cover and keep the Flower aside for release its colour for at least 20 minutes
After 20 minutes strain and keep aside blue tea water for add to the kheer while it's cooking.
