This ideal party snack is easy and yummy! This recipe, requires few ingredients is is quick to make! Try this with your friends and enjoy!
2 Mangoes firm ripe ¼ cup onion finely chopped ¼ cup Coriander leaves finely chopped ¼ cup capsicum finely chopped 1 Green chilli de-seeded finely chopped 1 lime ¼ teaspoon Salt
To make mango salsa, start by finely chopping onion, coriander, green chilli (or jalapeno if preferred), and capsicum.
Cut the mango into pieces similar in size to cooked chickpeas, avoiding the smaller, less firm parts of the fruit.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mango with the other prepared ingredients.
Squeeze lime juice, over the mixture and sprinkle with salt. Gently mix everything together until well combined.
Your refreshing and flavorful mango salsa is now ready to serve. Enjoy it as a side dish, with chips, or as a toppings.
