Try This High Protein Roasted Soya Salad Recipe Tonight

Try this delicious and easy roasted soya salad if you're stuck for dinner ideas. It's packed with protein and tastes delicious. 

Ingredients

40g soya chunks 2 cups chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber) 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1/4th tsp turmeric Salt to taste 1 tsp mustard oil 

For Dressing

2 tbsp hung curd 1 tsp mustard sauce 1 tsp honey Salt to taste 

Step 1 

Soak the soya chunks in hot water with salt, then squeeze out the water. Roast the soya chunks with chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt until well cooked. 

Step 2

For the dressing, mix hung curd, mustard sauce, honey, and salt. Combine chopped vegetables, roasted soya chunks, and dressing. 

Step 3

Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy this nutritious and flavourful High Protein Roasted Soya Salad.
