150 grams paneer 15-17 cashews 1 clove garlic Juice of one lemon Salt and pepper to taste
Soak the cashews in water for 2-3 hours to soften them. Crumble the paneer and set it aside. Peel and crush the garlic clove.
In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, crumbled paneer, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your preference. Transfer the high protein mayonnaise to a jar and refrigerate. Use it as a spread, dip, or dressing.
