Made with only a few ingredients this ancient Chinese recipe is often eaten to boost immunity and fend off colds. It's also a delicious and unique dessert that's easy and healthy.
400 ml whole milk 1 tbsp. fresh ginger juice 2 tbsp. sugar to taste 1 tbsp. milk powder
Peel and grate the ginger very fine and then squeeze the juice out through a strainer into 2 bowls.
Heat some milk and add the sugar and milk powder till dissolved then cool to 70 C.
Pour the milk from a height into each bowl and let it set until it forms a pudding. Serve warm or cold.
