The aroma and flavour of garlic is irresistible for many people. Even if your stomach is full, a whiff of this ingredient can instantly make you drool. If you like its flavour, here is a quick toast recipe that you can try for breakfast or an evening snack.
2-3 minced garlic cloves Salt to taste Slices of bread 2-3 tablespoons butter Chopped parsley Red chilli flakes
Preheat the oven and keep a baking tray aside lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic cloves, salt to taste, and chilli flakes according to your requirements.
Place bread slices on the baking tray and generously coat each with butter and garlic mixture.
Bake the bread slices for 8-10 minutes until the edges of the bread turn brown and crispy.
Remove the garlic toast and coat them again with butter and garlic mixture. Sprinkle chilli flakes on the top.
Serve the toast with fresh juice or a hot beverage on the side.
