A cool beverage with a delightful earthy, citrusy flavour to spice up tea time. Prepared with home-made lychee juice, jasmine tea, and lemongrass-vanilla simple syrup,
Muddle 4-5 pieces of cut lemon grass 1/2 cup simple syrup ( sugar or honey and water) 1/2 teaspoon lemon 1/2 cup jasmine tea 1/2 cup lychee juice
In a food processor, pulse lemongrass and boil in 1 1/2 cups water. Remove from heat and allow lemongrass to steep 1 hour.
Take a shaker add syrups lemon grass and lychee juice . Shake and mix them all well.
Take desired amount of ice. And mix them all together. Now add lemon juice
4. Cook the milk until it becomes thick by reducing the heat.
Garnish with lemon grass and mint leaves and lemon slices.
