Try This Easy Paneer Do Pyaaz Recipe For Sunday Lunch

Indulge in the aromatic and simple-to-make Paneer do Pyaaz, featuring soft paneer cubes and a blend of spices.

Ingredients

250 grams paneer, cut into cubes 2 onions, sliced 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste) 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Cooking oil

Step 1

In a pan add oil, cumin seeds and sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Step 2

Add the ginger-garlic paste and spring onions and green chilies. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix.

Step 4

Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors of the spices.

Step 5

Finally, add garam masala. Mix well and cook for another minute. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
