Cucumbers are one of the most hydrating ingredients that you must include in your summer diet. To make a quick and healthy beverage, you can have a cucumber smoothie and get refreshed. Here’s an easy recipe that you can follow.
½ cup chopped cucumber 1 cup chopped seasonal fruit ½ cup yoghurt ½ cup milk 1 tablespoon honey Ice cubes
Rinse the cucumber and a fruit of your choice, like banana, berries, mango, etc, and chop them.
Transfer the chopped pieces into a blender with yoghurt and milk.
Blend to make a smooth mixture, and add honey.
Take a tall glass, fill it with ice cubes, and pour the smoothie into it.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves, and enjoy.
