Summer is known for two things - mango and ice cream. And when you combine both - you get the best dessert ever! Mango ice cream! Here is an easy mango ice cream recipe.
Condensed milk Mango puree Mango chunks Fresh cream 1/2 cup sugar
In a mixer, add condensed milk, fresh cream and sugar and blend until smooth.
Then, add mango puree to the mixture and blend a little again. Freeze in a container with cellophane wrap for 5 hours.
Add the mango chunks and mix with the half frozen ice cream. Freeze overnight and then enjoy!
