250 gms All Purpose Flour 1& 1/ 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/ 2 tsp Baking Soda A pinch of Salt 300 gms Fine Granulated Sugar 3 tbsps Cocoa Powder 1/2 tsp instant Coffee Powder Chocolate Ganache Whipped cream Pines Cones Snowflake
1 Cup Milk 1/ 2 Cup Melted Butter or Veg Flavourlessoil 4 Whole Eggs 2 tspsVanilla Essence or Extract
Prepare two 7 inches round cake pans. Grease the pan with butter and place a greased round baking sheet at the bottom. Dust it with flour and tap the excess out. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Add in the sugar and eggs in a bowl of the stand mixer or any big bowl and whip it for about 5 minutes.
Now add in the coffee cocoa mixed milk, vanilla essence and continue whipping. Blend in the melted butter or oil and continue mixing till the sugar melts and the mixture turns light and fluffy.
