1/2 cup ragi flour 2 cups water 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, corn, etc.), finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 teaspoon oil or ghee 4 cups vegetable broth Salt and pepper to taste Fresh cilantro

Combine 1/2 cup ragi flour with 1 cup water to make a smooth paste. Sauté minced garlic, grated ginger, onions, and mixed vegetables in a pot.

Add the ragi paste and gradually pour in 4 cups vegetable broth.

Simmer for 15-20 mins until ragi is cooked and soup thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro.
