Try This 5-Minute Recipe For Sukha Bhel Chutney

Bhel is incomplete without a good chutney, but if you want a stash handy for any occasion, this recipe is for you. Just add some water and store the rest of the powder in the fridge for the next chaat craving.

Ingredients

½ cup Fresh Coriander 3 - 4 green chillies, chopped 8 - 10 Fresh Mint leaves 3 - 4 Curry Leaves A Small Piece of Ginger 2 Pinches Hing ½ tsp Amchoor Powder ½ tsp Jeera powder ½ tsp Black Salt 1 tsp Salt ¼ tsp Citric Acid ⅔ cup Daalia / Roasted Gram 1 tsp Chaat Masala ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Step 1

Wash and dry all the fresh herbs.

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients together into a fine powder.

Step 3

Store it in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Step 4

Use dry or add some water for a liquid chutney.
