½ cup Fresh Coriander 3 - 4 green chillies, chopped 8 - 10 Fresh Mint leaves 3 - 4 Curry Leaves A Small Piece of Ginger 2 Pinches Hing ½ tsp Amchoor Powder ½ tsp Jeera powder ½ tsp Black Salt 1 tsp Salt ¼ tsp Citric Acid ⅔ cup Daalia / Roasted Gram 1 tsp Chaat Masala ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Wash and dry all the fresh herbs.
Blend all the ingredients together into a fine powder.
Store it in an airtight jar in the fridge.
Use dry or add some water for a liquid chutney.
