Simple, easy to make and fun to eat. These spicy Korean potatoes will be your new go-to recipe.
300 gms potato 150 gms cornstarch 2/3rd cup water 1.5 tbsp garlic 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp red chilli powder 4-5 crushed peppercorns 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp vinegar Sesame Seeds Chopped coriander leaves
Boil the potatoes and mash them properly. Add salt, pepper and cornstarch and mix properly.
Make small potato balls and put them in boiling water for a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Take them out and put them in chilled water. Keep it for 3 minutes and then again take them out.
In a separate bowl, add and mix garlic, oil, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and honey.
Toss the potato balls into this mixture and serve it on a plate. Garnish it with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves on top.
