Soak Moong overnight. Grind it with green chillies and ginger. Prepare a batter by adding grinded mixture with onions, tomatoes, grated carrot, salt,red chilli powder and turmeric. Pour the batter on a hot tawa with ghee, let it cook on both sides. Serve hot with chutney
Soak Moong over-night and pressure cook. saute oil, jeera, hing, cooked moong, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and salt. Add water and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy with hot Rotis
Soka moong over-night and pressure cook them. Cut veggies like onions, tomatoes with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and chat masala. Mash moong coarsely, add veggies and bread crumbs. Prepare tikkis and shallow fry or deep fry them.
