Popular bread rolls with a crispy exterior and soft interior are a tasty snack, served with dips and filled with spiced potatoes.
6 slices of bread 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1/2 cup peas, boiled 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp grated garlic 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Oil for frying
Take a pan, heat oil and add grated ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Now add onions and sauté until they are translucent. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and boiled peas. Mix well until everything is well combined.
Take bread slices and remove the edges. Now dip them in water, squeeze out the excess water.
In the centre place the stuffing and roll each slice into a cylindrical or round shape. Seal the edges.
Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the bread rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
