Try These Amla Shots For Weight Loss

Amla or Indian gooseberry is very helpful for weight loss and skin-hair health. Having amla shots in the morning can be a game changer for your fitness journey.

Step 1

In a grinder, add 10-12 raw amla, ginger and jaggery.

Step 2

Add pepper and roasted cumin powder to the grinder along with mint leaves and a cup of water.

Step 3

Grind it properly and make a very smooth juice.

Step 4

Strain the juice, put it in a shots glass and drink in the morning, empty stomach.
