Rooh Afza is the all-time favourite sugar syrup that you must have been drinking since childhood. The pink sugary syrup, when added as an ingredient, gives a rose flavour and adds to the sweetness of the drink
To make a classic pink shake, add some Rooh Afza into a blender with milk, a scoop of ice cream and ice cubes.
Rooh Afza Sharbat is a timeless summer drink. All you need to do is take chilled water and mix it with two spoons of Rooh Afza and crushed ice to beat the heat.
If you like more flavours in your drink, add some lemon juice and chopped mint leaves to chilled water mixed with Rooh Afza.
For a traditional Punjabi drink, you can make a curd-based lassi and add a spoon of Rooh Afza.
To take summer desserts to the next level, you can add Rooh Afza to a glass of falooda made with rabri, vermicelli, ice cream, dry fruits and nuts.
The cranberry juice and vodka-based cocktail Cosmopolitan can be given an Indian twist by adding Rooh Afza instead of cranberry juice.
