If you are looking for something new this monsoon season, try preparing soya keema paratha. It is an excellent choice for meeting protein requirements and tastes delicious. Here is a quick recipe.
3 cups wheat flour 1 tbsp ghee & crushed garlic 1 cup soya granules 1 onion 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1 tsp ajwain & cumin seeds 2 tsp garam masala & coriander powder 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 2 chopped green chillies Salt to taste 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil
Preheat a kadai and put oil in it. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and green chillies and saute them.
Now add onion, and let it cook for some time. Once the onion turns translucent, add soya granules.
Cook soya them with salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and coriander powder.
Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool off. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
Roll these balls and add soya mixture. Combine the edges and turn them into spheres again.Roll them into paratha.
Cook both sides until golden brown on medium-high flame with oil drizzled all over it. Serve hot soya keema parantha with curd.
