200 gms boneless chicken (small pieces)½ cup curd½ cup bread crumbs1 Egg½ cup maida1 tsp ginger garlic paste1 tsp kasoori methi
Ingredients
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt, as per taste
½ tsp aamchoor powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp mustard oil
Make a marinate with mustard oil, curd, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, aamchoor powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and kasoori methi.
Add this marinate to the chicken, mix well and keep aside for an hour.
Now coat each piece of marinated chicken in maida, egg and bread crumbs in the same order.
Deep fry in hot oil until crisp and golden.Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
