On some days, you just don’t want to cook but still wish to savour a wholesome meal. For such times, you should know how to make spiced and flavour bombs sev bhujia parathas. Here is a quick recipe for you to try.
For stuffing 1/2-1 cup sev bhujiya Salt to taste 2 small finely chopped onions 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice For Paratha 2 cups wheat flour 2 tbsp oil for moyan Water for kneading the dough Ghee/Oil to prepare parathas
Take out the flour in a bowl. Mix oil and salt well in it while kneading it into a dough, Keep it aside for 15 minutes
Take out bhujia in a separate bowl and add chopped onion and coriander leaves to it.
If you are using plain bhujia, you can add red chilli powder and a pinch of pepper powder to make it spicy.
Mix lemon juice well in sev bhujia. The filling is ready. Knead the dough once more and mix and divide it into small balls of equal size.
Take a ball, roll it, spread bhujia mixture, seal it, and roll it into a paratha.
Cook the paratha on both sides on a hot skillet and serve it along with your favourite sauce or chutney.
