A creamy and delicious pasta dish made with a smooth white sauce, perfect for a quick and comforting meal.
200 grams pasta 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional) 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
Boil pasta in water until soft. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter. Add flour and stir continuously to form a paste.
Gradually pour in milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
Add salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Add cooked pasta and vegetables to the white sauce. Mix well.
Stir in grated cheese. Garnish with oregano and chilli flakes. Serve Hot!
