Ingredients

For Rabdi   1 ltr full fat milk 200 g Sugar 1 tsp Crushed cardamom Few saffron strands For Malpua Making 1 cup All purpose flour 4 tbsp Semolina 2 cup Milk 1 tbsp fennel seeds 4 tbsp rabdi 1 pinch salt 1 tsp cardamom powder Oil & ghee for frying malpua 2 cup Sugar Few saffron strands Dryfruits

Step 1

Add milk in a thick bottom kadai & cook. While boiling milk scrap milk layers from sides of kadai.

Step 2

When milk evaporates add sugar & stir well. After milk thickens & get semi liquid consistency, add crushed cardamom & saffron strands.

Step 3

For Malpua, take a big bowl add all purpose flour,suji, cardamom powder, fennel seeds and salt.
