Elevate your taste buds with this delectable variation of paneer bhurji, infused with the goodness of spinach. Enjoy the perfect blend of spices and textures in this nutritious and delicious dish.
200 grams paneer 2 cups spinach (palak), chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and sauté. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chopped spinach and cook add crumbled paneer and garam masala. Mix gently.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
