Aachar is very common in India and comes in uncountable variants, but have you ever heard of Paani Ka Aachar?

Ingredients: 6-7 roasted dry red chillies 2 tsp jeera 1 tsp hing 2 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp cardamom powder

Grind these masalas into a fine powder and shallow fry them in oil. Boil water and add the prepared mixture gradually. Season it with salt. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Have it with Rotis, khakras and Samosas.
