For Pizza Base 1 cup washed moong daal 3 tbsp rice flour 8 garlic cloves 2 green chilli 40 gram coriander leaves 7 spinach leaves 3 tbsp water 1 inch ginger 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp dried mango powder
For Pizza Topping 1 bowl chopped paneer 1/2 bowl chopped carrot 1/2 bowl chopped capsicum 1/2 bowl chopped tomato 1/2 bowl thin cut coriander 2 tbsp schezwan sos 1 thin chopped onion 1/2 tbsp salt
For Frying 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds 2 tbsp oil For Garnishing 2 tbsp pomegranate Paneer grated as required 2 thin cut red chilli 1 tbsp capsicum (optional) Green coriander as required
Soak the moong dal for 5-6 hours. Now wash it and put it in the grinder
grind it by adding spinach, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies, rice flour and 3 spoons of water. Keep it covered for 10 minutes
